Ashley is a dedicated advocate for mental health awareness and is committed to creating a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. She believes healing happens in the context of connection and approaches therapy as a collaborative process, meeting clients where they are, with compassion and curiosity.

Ashley integrates a client-centered foundation with evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs. Her approach draws from a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).

Ashley holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.

Ashley has experience working with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan, including children, adults, and families. Her clinical focus includes: children and families, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, women’s issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
