Katherine Bell
MMFT, MOL, ECMH-E
Hi, I’m Katherine Bell—a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist, organizational consultant, and passionate champion for infant and early childhood mental health. I hold an Early Childhood Mental Health (ECMH) endorsement and am an endorsed reflective supervisor. I’ve had the privilege of serving families in Tennessee through statewide leadership in organizational development, mental health consultation, and reflective supervision. Today, I continue this mission as an independent contractor, supporting professionals through training and reflective practice.
Over the years, my career has spanned multiple sectors, but I’ve found my home in systems-level development with a focus on strengthening the field of infant and early childhood mental health. Before moving into independent work, I directed statewide early childhood programs, leading program development and expanding consultation supports across Tennessee.
I am a proud three-time graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University, earning master’s degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Organizational Leadership, along with an undergraduate degree in psychology.
Outside of work, I enjoy life’s simple pleasures—spending time with my husband, our toddler, and our two doodles, sipping iced coffee, or baking something sweet to share with loved ones.
