Rema Wilson

Rema Wilson is an experienced leader in early childhood education and nonprofit management, with over 20 years dedicated to supporting children, families, and communities. Her experience in leadership includes eight years as Family Services Manager and ERSEA Manager for Northwest Tennessee Head Start/Early Head Start, where she focused on family engagement, program management, and community partnerships. In addition, she spent many years in nonprofit leadership including serving in the capacity of Chief Operations Officer for the Association of Infant Mental Health in Tennessee, strengthening initiatives in infant and early childhood mental health. Rema is professionally endorsed in infant and early childhood mental health, reflecting her deep commitment to promoting the well-being of young children and their families. Rema is recognized for her expertise in building outcomes and fostering positive outcomes for children and families.

Rema earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Murray State University and her Master’s Degree in Education from Freed-Hardeman University. She is passionate about learning, building relationships, and applying her extensive expertise to positively impact the lives of others. Currently, she brings her knowledge and experience into the classroom, teaching business and computer skills at the high school level.

Outside of her professional work, Rema enjoys traveling and cherishes spending quality time with her children and grandchildren.
